記憶的吉光片羽

這張明信片是一個叫S. J. Cho的韓國女子拍攝，當時她在東京寫真學校唸攝影。我們同在渋谷一間餐館打工，大家都叫她佐藤樣，一個日本姓氏。

這些殘缺不全的心情筆記，本來依附在一本精美的日記本上，在我打算回國前夕，收拾行李時，因擔心超重而硬把它們一頁一頁撕下來，如今看來就像破敗褪色的記憶一樣，顯得可憐。我向來沒有寫日記的習慣，知道自己很健忘，在日本時斷斷續續地，都盡量把生活點滴記下來，可是又擔心別人擅自翻閱，總是選擇性的記錄著我當時的心情。
現在翻著這疊筆記，有些讀了仍然讓我莫名掉淚，有些則讓我莞爾一笑。傷心的事就免提了，我選了七則日誌，希望能夠與你分享這些過去的零碎歡樂記憶。

（一）童真
在半藏門線地鐵站的電車裡，上來了兩個小瓜，乖乖在我身旁坐下。他們的母親站在他們的腳跟前，相較之下，站立著的母親顯得十分巨大。
一個小瓜突然有感而發，感嘆地喊了起來：
『ママ おおきですね！』（媽媽很高大呀！）
『おいくつ？』（媽媽幾歲了？）
母親定定神，有點不好意思的彎下身子悄悄跟他們說了些話。接著小瓜倆像喊口號似的競相喊出一些數字，就像在拍賣會場上熱烈地為物件估價。
『60 才!』（60歲!）
『39才!』（39歲!）
『65才!』（65歲!）
『3才!』（3歲!）
『2才!』（2歲!）
